Now what, but how
ux research
REvolve wanted to revolutionize the market – the only question left was “how”.
REvolve's goal was to leverage years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and address an urgent need for an efficient leasing process that empowers users through a better technological solution. They knew that there is a better way to organize the outdated leasing process for tenants, real estate brokers, and architects. REvolve wanted to revolutionize the market – the only question left was “how”.
They chose ProjectUX because of our experience in designing similarly complex systems with clear UX and strong UI. REvolve also needed an agency, which would collaborate with developers and provide an end-to-end service.
Starting from the basics
We also wanted to get insights into the market leverage of REvolve’s product which is:
- Faster space-leasing process
- Better experience for tenants
- Saving time on the space preparation

To kick off the project, we conducted a design thinking product workshop with the startup founders. The objective was to understand problems and needs of the platform users.

UI Design We created a platform that enabled tenants to lease an office in weeks instead of months, plan the office space choosing from pre-selected finished packages, view a full picture of their costs, and negotiate their lease in a few simple steps.
In the end, the platform optimized the commercial leasing process for not only tenants but also real estate brokers as the platform simplifies their tasks and is user friendly and educative for tenants.
When designing the platform, we also took part in planning out the packages of office spaces including the furniture, equipment, electronic layout, and installations. Based on the platform we created a Design System that aimed at improving consistency in the product development process of the platform.
